With 2200hrs on the way to becoming Canada’s recognized standard for massage therapists, Leanne completed an accredited 2200hr Massage Therapy Diploma program from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, NS, graduating in July 2001.
Working professionally as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 19yrs, utilizing an approach that combines Orthopedic, Osteopathic & Myofascial assessment and treatment protocols, Leanne is passionate about the health of her patients. She wants to help them reach the goals that they have set within their treatment plan, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest, with minimal pain or discomfort and little or no medication.

Massage can also assist with: increasing vitality, energy levels, decreasing the effects of stress on the body and increase ones sense of well-being, improve sleep and promote healthy circulation to flush out toxins from the body, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, improving tissue health.
Leanne is also trained in:
Clinical Breast Massage: to assist with healing post surgical procedures - such as removal of tumors or cysts, mastectomies, as well as post breast reductions; the focus being to speed healing by assisting with drainage and minimizing adhesion formation that could affect range of motion and/or elicit pain.
Intra-oral Massage: to assist with releasing muscles of the jaw, on the interior aspect of the mouth,to assist with TMJ dysfunction and pain. Sometimes it is the muscles of the jaw at the heart of headaches, dental pain, neck tension and other common complaints.
