About Jocelyn

Jocelyn graduated with Honours from the 2200-hour MH Vicars Remedial Massage Therapy program in 2019. She is a member in good standing with MTAA. Shortly after graduating, Jocelyn received her certification in Dynamic Cupping and Kinetic Massage of the shoulder. She specializes in the treatment of repetitive strain injuries, TMJD and chronic pain. After completing 14-week case reports on both repetitive strain and the effects of massage on anxiety during her training, she fully believes in the benefits of a conservative mind-body approach to overuse, daily wear and tear and long-term symptoms of pain in the body.

Jocelyn is truly passionate about giving her clients a space they can feel at home in. Wellness obsessed, she is committed to educating herself and her clients to further their journey towards their best health. She offers both relaxation and therapeutic massage and loves to incorporate stretching, strengthening and joint mobilization to create a dynamic and effective treatment for each individual client. After each treatment, Jocelyn provides every client with a personalized home care and treatment plan according to that day’s treatment or their long term goals, to ensure the benefits of massage are carried on long after they leave the treatment room! Due to her background in competitive dance combined with a deep-rooted drive to foster both physical and mental well-being, Jocelyn hopes your mind will feel just as good as your body by the time you leave her table.

As she moves further into her massage career, Jocelyn hopes to further specialize in Oncology massage, post-surgery recovery and IASTM. She enjoys incorporating multiple modalities into her treatments when appropriate, including cupping, gua sha and kinetic massage.

Her number one goal is to inspire lifelong wellness and she can’t wait to meet you and get started!
