Our team wants to add a passionate, dependable, and experienced RMT to join our first-class wellness team in our busy clinic in Medicine Hat!

What makes us stand out?

Room rentals with multiple options to suit the therapist. The flat rate is comparable to other clinics in the local area. At the same time, we provide many more amenities, above-average commission rates of 35% on all massages, and even daily rates for casual therapists.

We are currently 100% massage but looking to expand into other multidisciplinary holistic approaches to health care. Our massage treatments include deep tissue, relaxation, hot stones, cupping, prenatal, and more.

We provide therapy rooms that the individual therapist can decorate to suit their unique style.

We provide a transaction system with a bi-monthly payout (100% of your tips go to you; the owner does not and will not accept or receive any percentage of tips)

We also have daily administrative support and an all-in-one online booking system.

We provide a staff area with a community fridge, microwave, sink, and sitting area.

You want to work full-time but currently do not have enough clients to fill your days... Do not worry; we have you covered. Our calendars fill up quickly with a daily call list, and there will be no slow days if that is what you want.

Qualifications:

Must be in good standing with an association, committed to offering all clients safe, ethical, and competent care while educating.
Must commit to their profession.
As well as maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with other Revive team members.

All while recognizing their capabilities and limitations, being honest, and accepting responsibility for themselves.

Work your hours and enjoy the flexibility of owning your own business.

Salary is dependent on hours worked.

You must be based in the Medicine Hat area or able to commute reliably, and you are responsible to your clients.
