Note: As an Employee, MYo Lab covers your GST payments, so you don't have to worry about that come tax season (instead, as an Employee, you'll likely get a tax refund at the end of the year!), meaning more of this salary stays in your pocket! Also, 4% Vacation Pay is ADDITIONAL to your base salary & $1,000/year Health Spending Account or Continuing Education Fund & complimentary in-house therapies & discounted care & retail products for your entire family!Also, we automatically add 15 minute buffers to every appointment, no matter the length, so you are never truly back-to-back!

Sundays @9am-5pm OR 10 am-6 pm, Mondays & Wednesdays @3-9pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays @9am-3pm or 3-9 pm; Weekly Team Meetings Mondays @1-2pm; Weekly Role Play Meetings Mondays @12-12:45 pm). = ~34 Total hours over 5 days/week w/ Team Meeting + Role Play Meeting
Corresponding Annual Salary= $52,700 w/ 4% Vacation Pay + performance-based bonus= ~$63,000*Option 1 is a simple example of what we are aiming to hire, though ultimately if you are the right candidate we are open to hearing your proposal for hours within on our business hours (Sundays @9-6pm; Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays @9am-9pm) **Please note- we are only looking for applicants who are committed to working AT LEAST 30HRS/WK, and solely at MYo Lab, rather than splitting time between multiple clinics)***For reference, 30hrs/wk equates to ~$44,700 Base Salary; 32hrs/wk= ~$49,600 w/ 4% Vacation Pay; 34hrs/wk= ~$52,700 w/ 4% Vacation Pay; 36hrs/wk= $55,700 w/ 4% Vacation Pay. Every contract comes with performance-based bonus opportunity & $1,000/year Health Spending Account & complimentary in-house therapies & discounted care & retail products for your entire family. Our bonus structure ties into industry-specific fee-split equivalents, where by achieving only 90% of your quarterly targets will equate to industry-standard 60% fee-split equivalent, climbing all the way up to 70% fee-split equivalent for achieving your quarterly targets! We financially reward performance, providing the opportunity to exceed industry-standard pay by up to 10%, no matter your level of experience, so stop settling for the status quo if you are an above-average RMT!
