It’s a fact. Incidents, lawsuits and negative publicity related to sexual misconduct and sexual assault in massage and spa businesses has risen visibly over the last few years, with some cases making national news. It’s also a fact that when clients receive treatments behind closed doors, the owners and managers of massage, spa and wellness businesses must trust that they’ve done everything possible to create a safe, therapeutic and positive experience for them. But have you? Felicia Brown of Spalutions brings her unique multi-faceted perspective as a Massage Therapist, spa owner, client, business consultant, and expert witness to this class. We will outline how to prevent these kinds of incidents from happening in your business - and what steps to take if they do - as well as how to protect your business.
